Black Forest Cake

Black Forest Cake

It was a birthday of my  charming little er r r r…. big boy who can bring a very big smile on anybody’s face by his word of encouragement.

A very dominating but a sweetheart who cares  for his brothers,  madly passionate about cricket,   Spellbound you with his magical batting, bowling and fielding  but at the same time over confident too, but good things always come with a package. Hope with such a concerned father he will overcome this habit before that there is more to talk about  like my cakes which i am passionate about.  BFC is a name came not any directly after the Black Forest mountain range in soutwestern Germany but rather from the liquor of that region known as kirch. It is a cake consists of several layers of choclate cake filled with whipped cream and cherries decorated with chocolate shavings.
