Life is getting busier and busier everyday and we all want something quick and easy, but nothing short of “divine”. I have a solution, some recipes might you all be having for ages but some are with a twist.
As I mentioned earlier in my post as per the suggestion of a friend I am starting to put all these quick things under the category “Quick Fix”.
These are really refreshing and in summers you can’t expect more. Smoothies are now becoming a trend, more fashionable, more easy. Instead of having a proper breakfast of milk, fruit, cereal and nuts and feel good and fill for the next 4 -5 hours, we all prefer to put all together in a blender and ready to go. We find them more refreshing. They are my personal favorites.
Children are also liking it, just add their personal favorite like chocolate, hazelnut or a fruit and they drank it without showing any tantrums. Flavor can be changed accordingly and one day I was googling the net and I found numerous possibilities.
Some of us don’t like oats, so adding a spoon or two in this way without knowing a member, can be a healthy cheat.
Summer coolants, we can have any time of the and in the growing humidity what else we all want than a cool drink.
