Eton mess….failed macaron

Eton Mess

I have read that you can’t  make a perfect macaron for the first time and not  even in your  2nd and 3rd attempt. But my earlier and first attempt of  macarons was a successful one and have feet  in them (check nut free macaron).  I felt so proud then.

This time, when  I tried  again, they  came out as a disaster.

Firstly, they didn’t get the feet, secondly, their top cracks. I felt so disheartened, and  then came the idea of  Eton mess.   Failed macaron

Out of  32 failed macaron shells, I  used around 25 in this dessert. Eton Mess
