Thai Mango Mousse

Yesterday Virat celebrated Friendship day with this friends. His some school’s friends visited home and then they together went to tie bands to their other common friends.

At bedtime Virat asked me to guess his favorite amongst his collections (he has over hundred of bands, which he has collected over the years) I failed to pick the right one even after 5 attempts and when I asked him  the same question, he took no time in picking my favorite…well…that sums up everything.thai mango mousseI made this dessert a few days ago to use a few overripe mangoes. This dessert is easy to make and can be made in advance. thai mango mousse
Ingredients
• Mango pulp – 1 cup
• Coconut cream – 200ml
• Sugar – 3 tbsp or more according to taste
Method
Blend all the ingredients in a blender and serve with some whipped cream and chopped nuts.  I even spoon some kumquat jam over.
